- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Administer and monitor treatments and medications according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond to emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly and accurately assess and prioritize patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and outcomes.

- Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and protocols in emergency medicine.

- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Emergency Department Setting.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.
Strong Critical Thinking And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Remain Calm And Make Quick Decisions In High-Stress Situations.
