  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Acute Rehab unit.
  2. Assist patients in their recovery from injuries and illnesses.
  3. Monitor and assess patient condition, including vital signs and overall progress.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Educate patients and their families on post-rehabilitation care and self-management techniques.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  8. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  9. Serve as a patient advocate and communicate patient needs and concerns to the healthcare team.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
  12. Practice infection control measures and adhere to all safety protocols.
  13. Provide emotional support to patients and families during their rehabilitation journey.
  14. Serve as a role model for other staff members by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a caring attitude.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Acute Rehab unit by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and providing feedback for process improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Acute Rehabilitation Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Rehabilitation Principles And Practices, Including Assessment And Treatment Techniques.
