  1. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  2. Respond promptly to any security incidents, emergencies, or safety hazards.
  3. Conduct thorough security checks and screenings of individuals and their belongings upon entering the facility.
  4. Enforce all security policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and activities.
  6. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations.
  7. Investigate and report any suspicious or criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients, visitors, and staff with any security-related inquiries or concerns.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on security protocols and techniques.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Monitor and operate security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  12. Assist with the development and implementation of security plans and procedures.
  13. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.
  14. Serve as a role model by adhering to the organization's values and code of conduct.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Education And Certification: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, Along With A Valid State Security License Or Certification.

  • Experience In Security Or Law Enforcement: Applicants Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Security Or Law Enforcement Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Security Procedures And Protocols: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Security Procedures, Protocols, And Best Practices, Including Emergency Response Protocols, Access Control, And Cctv Monitoring.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Security Officer Ii, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Interacting With Patients, Staff, And Visitors In A Professional And Courteous Manner.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Handle Emergency Situations: This Position May Require Standing And Walking For Extended Periods Of Time, As Well As The Ability To Respond Quickly And Effectively In Emergency Situations. Applicants Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Pass A Physical Fitness Test.
