  1. Identify and assess potential risks within the organization, including but not limited to patient safety, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and effective approach to risk management throughout the organization.
  5. Monitor and analyze data and trends related to risk management to identify patterns and proactively address potential risks.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in risk management, and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures as needed.
  7. Provide guidance and training to employees on risk management policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and risk awareness.
  8. Serve as a resource for employees and leadership for any questions or concerns related to risk management.
  9. Communicate and report on risk management initiatives and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Risk Management, Such As Hipaa And Osha.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Policies And Procedures.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.
