- Assist therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
- Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and documenting progress notes.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
- Monitor and assist patients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to aid in their rehabilitation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety protocols and regulations.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training and education opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting patients and their families.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Rehab Aide Job At Sutter Health Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And The Ability To Understand And Follow Instructions.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Facility, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Department, Is Often Required For A Rehab Aide Job At Sutter Health. This Experience Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Assist Therapists And Patients Effectively.
Cpr And First Aid Certification: A Valid Cpr And First Aid Certification Is Essential For A Rehab Aide Job At Sutter Health. It Ensures The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills To Respond To Emergency Situations And Provide Immediate Care If Needed.
