Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position To Ensure A Strong Foundation In Nursing Knowledge And Skills.
Active Rn License: A Valid And Current Registered Nurse License Is Essential For This Role, As It Demonstrates The Individual's Ability To Practice Nursing In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Specialty Certification: Candidates With Certification In Critical Care Nursing (Ccrn) Or Trauma Nursing (Tcrn) Are Highly Preferred For This Position, As It Showcases Their Expertise And Dedication To This Specific Area Of Nursing.
Experience In Trauma Or Icu Settings: Previous Experience In A Trauma Or Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Is Typically Required For This Role, As It Demonstrates The Individual's Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Provide Complex Care To Critically Ill Patients.
