
Registered Nurse Specialist, ENT

- Provide specialized care to patients with ENT conditions, including but not limited to ear infections, hearing loss, nasal congestion, and throat disorders.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as ear irrigation, nasal endoscopy, and throat swabs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with minor surgical procedures related to ENT conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Stay current with advancements in ENT nursing and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in nursing practice.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Institution
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In An Ent Setting
Strong Knowledge And Expertise In Ent Procedures And Treatments, Including Experience With Endoscopic Exams, Head And Neck Surgeries, And Ear Irrigation
Certification As A Certified Nurse Specialist (Cns) In Ent Or Related Field Preferred
