
Registered Nurse (RN), Hospice
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team at Sutter Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy, be organized and have the ability to work collaboratively to provide exemplary end-of-life care.The successful RN will have a current license to practice in California and at least 2 years of experience in hospice nursing. The individual must also have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality care to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the philosophy and principles of hospice care, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The RN will be a strong advocate for the patient, providing comfort, support, and guidance throughout the end-of-life journey.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills
