- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients on the Medical Telemetry unit.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient's health status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established policies and procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced staff members.
- Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices and participate in professional development activities.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of nursing practice.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Equivalent
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical Telemetry Unit
Demonstrated Knowledge And Proficiency In Telemetry Monitoring And Interpretation Of Cardiac Rhythms
