- Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing knowledge and skills gained through a minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical surgical setting.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient response.
- Accurately document patient information, including vital signs, treatments, and medications, in electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients by maintaining infection control protocols and adhering to safety standards.
- Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries as needed.
