Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License: A Registered Nurse Ii At Sutter Health Must Possess A Current And Active Rn License, Demonstrating Their Ability To Practice Nursing In The State Of California.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn): Sutter Health Requires That All Registered Nurse Ii Candidates Have A Bsn Degree Or Higher From An Accredited Nursing Program, Showcasing Their Advanced Knowledge And Skills In The Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Medical-Surgical Experience: This Position Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical-Surgical Setting, Demonstrating The Candidate's Ability To Handle Complex Patient Cases And Provide High-Quality Care.

  • Bls And Acls Certifications: Sutter Health Requires All Registered Nurse Ii Candidates To Have Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications, Showcasing Their Ability To Respond To Emergency Situations And Provide Life-Saving Interventions.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Registered Nurse Ii In A Fast-Paced Medical-Surgical Unit, Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills Are Essential. Candidates Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals, As Well As Think Critically To Provide Safe And Effective Care.
