- Provide exceptional care to patients in the intensive care units, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following proper procedures and protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess changes in their condition, promptly notifying the appropriate medical team members as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions as necessary.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls) Certifications
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Icu Setting
Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment
Strong Critical Thinking And Decision-Making Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
