- Provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and response to medications and treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care and treatment.
- Respond to emergencies and provide rapid and efficient interventions to stabilize patients.
- Remain up-to-date on current nursing practices, techniques, and equipment related to critical care.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare team members, including new nurses and nursing students.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to ethical principles and nursing standards in all aspects of patient care.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust patient care plans to meet changing needs and improve outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during difficult and challenging times.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with community resources and support services to facilitate safe and effective patient transitions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Bls And Acls Certifications
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting
