- Provide expert and compassionate care to patients with cardiac conditions in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit.
- Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond to potential complications or emergencies.

Current Rn License In The State Of California
Bls And Acls Certifications
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Cardiac Progressive Care Unit
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Higher
Knowledge And Experience With Advanced Cardiac Monitoring And Interventions, Such As Titrating Vasoactive Medications And Performing Cardioversion And Defibrillation.
