1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds, according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
2. Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
3. Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions for procedures to ensure accurate images.
4. Review patient medical history and assess any potential risks or contraindications for the procedure.
5. Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging techniques for each patient.
6. Monitor patient reactions and vital signs during procedures, providing comfort and reassurance as needed.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures performed.
