Our ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; a valid clinical license; and two+ years of clinical experience in psychotherapy. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, and the capacity for strong communication and interpersonal skills. An understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion are also essential.
