  1. Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of various facility improvement projects across the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Manage and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the planning, design, and construction of projects.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
  8. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  9. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality work and timely delivery.
  10. Evaluate and implement best practices in project management to continuously improve project performance and efficiency.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
  12. Work closely with internal teams to identify and address any facility needs or deficiencies.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure a successful and cohesive project team.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as architects, engineers, and contractors.
  15. Train and mentor junior project managers and team members to develop their project management skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Construction Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing Complex Facility Projects In A Healthcare Setting

  • Demonstrated Experience In Budget Management And Cost Control

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Healthcare Facilities
