  1. Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data.
  2. Lead a team of data governance professionals in executing data management strategies and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs, requirements, and priorities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data governance efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate data governance processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data governance and incorporate them into organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Provide guidance and support to data governance team members, including training and development opportunities.
  8. Create and maintain documentation related to data governance processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate data governance strategies, progress, and results to senior management.
  10. Manage data governance projects and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data governance policies and procedures are aligned with technical capabilities.
  12. Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure data governance efforts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Develop and maintain data governance metrics and reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness of data management efforts.
  14. Identify and mitigate data governance risks and issues.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data governance principles and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Data Management, Or A Related Field.
