6. Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support for their health and well-being.
7. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for employees and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
8. Monitor and track employee health data to identify trends and develop strategies for prevention and early intervention.
9. Collaborate with human resources to develop and implement return-to-work programs for employees who have been on medical leave.
10. Participate in employee education and training initiatives related to health and wellness.
11. Act as a liaison between employees, management, and healthcare providers to facilitate communication and resolution of health-related issues.
12. Promote a safe and healthy work environment through the development of policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
13. Provide medical care and treatment to employees as needed and make referrals to specialists when necessary.
14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards related to employee health.
15. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Employee Health Services.
