  1. Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician.
  2. Collaborate with the team of surgeons to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  3. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
  4. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as wound care, suturing, and medication administration.
  5. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Surgical Setting, Preferably In General Surgery.

  • Current Certification And Licensure As A Physician Assistant In The State Of California.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Surgical Procedures, Post-Operative Care, And Patient Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Multi-Disciplinary Team And Communicate Complex Medical Information To Patients And Their Families.
