  1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients recovering from various medical conditions and injuries in an inpatient acute care setting.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
  3. Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and progress notes.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  6. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, their families, and caregivers.
  7. Monitor and reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  8. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercises.
  9. Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of physical therapy.
  10. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards of practice.
  11. Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
  13. Provide guidance and mentorship to physical therapy assistants and students.
  14. Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
  15. Continuously strive for professional growth and development.
  16. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
  17. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and sensitivity towards patients' physical and emotional needs.
  18. Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety measures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution.

  • Valid State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In An Acute Inpatient Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practice And Ability To Implement Appropriate Treatment Plans For A Variety Of Conditions.
