  1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, utilizing current evidence-based practices and techniques.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
  3. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  6. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of physical therapy services.

  8. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to promote a patient-centered approach to care.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
  10. Maintain a valid state license and meet all continuing education requirements.

  19. Continuously strive to improve and advance personal knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.

Job Qualifications
  • Current State Licensure As A Physical Therapist.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Physical Therapist, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Advanced Certifications In Specialized Areas Such As Orthopedics, Neurology, Or Pediatrics.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
