- Provide exceptional healthcare services to patients, in accordance with Sutter Health's mission and values.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, based on their specific needs and goals.
- Promote patient recovery and overall well-being through evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, as well as state and federal regulations, in the practice of physical therapy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive and supportive care experience.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in the field of physical therapy, and incorporate them into practice as appropriate.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and maintain a valid state license and any applicable certifications.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent Sutter Health in a positive and respectful manner at all times.
- Foster a compassionate and patient-focused environment for patients and their families.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Program
Current License To Practice Physical Therapy In The State Of California
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Outpatient Setting
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practice And Current Trends In Physical Therapy
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
