1. Provide exceptional healthcare services to patients, in accordance with Sutter Health's mission and values.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, based on their specific needs and goals.
3. Promote patient recovery and overall well-being through evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
5. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
6. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
7. Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, as well as state and federal regulations, in the practice of physical therapy.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive and supportive care experience.
9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in the field of physical therapy, and incorporate them into practice as appropriate.
10. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and maintain a valid state license and any applicable certifications.
11. Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent Sutter Health in a positive and respectful manner at all times.
12. Foster a compassionate and patient-focused environment for patients and their families.
13. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
14. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff.
15. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
