Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht) - Candidates Should Have A Valid Certification From The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb).
Oncology Experience - Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Pharmacy Technician In An Oncology Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Chemotherapy Medications And Their Handling.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations - Candidates Should Be Familiar With Pharmacy Operations, Including Medication Dispensing, Inventory Management, And Compounding Procedures.
Attention To Detail - As Accuracy Is Crucial In An Oncology Setting, Candidates Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Follow Precise Instructions.
