Bachelor's Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharm.d.) Degree From An Accredited School Of Pharmacy
Current And Valid State Pharmacist License
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Pharmacy Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Health System
Strong Knowledge Of Medication Therapy Management And Patient Counseling
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Dispensing Medications.
