  1. Safely transport patients: Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by safely transporting them throughout the facility.
  2. Maintain a positive patient experience: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients by providing friendly and compassionate service.
  3. Communicate effectively: Use clear and professional communication with patients, coworkers, and healthcare staff to coordinate patient transport.
  4. Adapt to a fast-paced environment: Be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment with changing priorities and schedules.
  5. Attention to detail: Pay close attention to patient information and instructions, as well as facility layouts, to transport patients accurately and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure timely and safe patient transport.
  7. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when transporting patients, including proper use of equipment and following infection control guidelines.
  8. Maintain equipment: Keep patient transport equipment clean and in good working condition.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by anticipating and addressing patient needs and concerns.
  10. Uphold company values: Represent the company's values of compassion, diversity, and excellence in all interactions with patients and coworkers.
