  1. Greet and welcome patients to Sutter Health with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Assist patients in scheduling appointments for physical therapy services.
  3. Verify patient insurance information and communicate any discrepancies or issues to appropriate parties.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Keep accurate records of patient information and update as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth patient flow.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in regards to patient confidentiality and data protection.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work space to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
  9. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement.
  10. Attend required trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and any changes in the field.
  11. Adhere to strict time management practices in order to efficiently assist as many patients as possible.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare organization and its values, and represent them in a positive manner at all times.
  13. Provide support to other departments as needed, and maintain open communication to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Patient Services Representative In A Physical Therapy Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Interact With Patients, Staff, And Healthcare Providers In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
