- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the scheduling process.
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information, updating records as needed.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and other healthcare team members to coordinate and facilitate patient care.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
