- Accurately register patients, collect insurance information, and verify demographic information.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Professional And Empathetic Manner.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Cardiology.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Insurance Processes.
Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records Systems And Other Relevant Software.
Ability To Multitask And Handle A High Volume Of Patient Inquiries, Appointments, And Administrative Tasks Efficiently And Accurately.
