Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Behavioral Health.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Insurance Processes, Including Eligibility And Authorization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records And Scheduling Systems, With The Ability To Multitask And Manage A High Volume Of Patient Inquiries.
