This individual will be the primary point of contact for all patient inquiries and will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient information.The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated customer service experience, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Knowledge of medical terminology and a high school diploma or equivalent will also be required.
