  1. Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns.
  3. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  4. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical systems.
  5. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
  6. Collect and process patient payments.
  7. Provide patients with information and resources regarding their health care needs.
  8. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  10. Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
  11. Update and maintain patient demographics and insurance information.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals.
  13. Attend training and educational sessions to stay current on policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  15. Promote a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues and patients.
  16. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
