Experience: At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Surgical Technologist In An Operating Room Setting Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures: A Thorough Understanding Of Surgical Procedures, Instruments, And Equipment Is Essential For An Operating Room Technician. Knowledge Of Sterile Techniques And Infection Control Is Also Required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Using Surgical Equipment, Such As Sterilizers, Suction Machines, And Surgical Instruments Is Necessary. Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records (Emr) And Other Computer Applications Used In The Operating Room Is Also Desirable.
