- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based care to critically ill patients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the nursing staff, promoting a positive work culture and fostering professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for ICU patients, including physicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the ICU team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans as needed.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, as well as the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Related Field, With A Master's Degree In Nursing Administration Or Healthcare Management Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Relevant To Icu Nursing.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
