1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and eating.
3. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the nursing or medical staff.
4. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control and safety protocols.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
6. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
7. Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times.
8. Assist in the transportation of patients to and from different areas of the facility.
9. Help with the stocking and organizing of supplies and equipment.
10. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
11. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
12. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
13. Assist with clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
14. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
15. Display a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and coworkers.
16. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and overall quality of care.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by nursing or medical staff.
