
Nurse Practitioner, Quality & Patient Safety

- Develop and implement quality and patient safety initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for patients.
- Monitor and evaluate healthcare practices to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide guidance and education on best practices for quality and patient safety.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient safety issues and implement solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on quality and patient safety protocols and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for staff, patients, and families on quality and safety concerns.
- Conduct training and educational programs for staff to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality and patient safety and ensure compliance within the organization.
Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Current Nurse Practitioner (Np) License In The State Of California
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Np In A Healthcare Setting
Certification In Quality Improvement Or Patient Safety
