  1. Provide comprehensive and specialized care to patients with orthopedic conditions.
  2. Perform physical assessments, diagnose and treat patients with orthopedic conditions.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  4. Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  5. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications.
  6. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  8. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and guidelines.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain knowledge of current best practices in orthopedic care.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  12. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  14. Attend training and continuing education opportunities to stay updated on advancements in orthopedic care.
  15. Act as a patient advocate and provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With Specialization In Orthopedics.

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In Orthopedics.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Diagnosing And Treating Orthopedic Conditions, Including Ordering And Interpreting Diagnostic Tests.

  • Ability To Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
