Nurse Practitioner, Geriatrics

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join the Geriatrics team at the Sutter Health network. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary care services to geriatric patients, including physical exams, health promotion, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, and medication management. You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure our elderly patients receive exceptional care and support.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care, with at least 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to provide compassionate care, and be a strong advocate for elder care rights. You should also be willing to stay abreast of the latest medical advances and treatments to ensure our elderly patients receive the best care available.
