  1. Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of employees' health and wellness needs.
  2. Develop and implement personalized care plans for employees, including preventive health measures and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  3. Communicate effectively with employees, providing education and counseling on health-related matters.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for employees.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor employee response and progress.
  6. Conduct health screenings, immunizations, and other occupational health services.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for employees.
  8. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of practice, as well as company policies and procedures.
  9. Stay current on industry developments and best practices in employee health services, and utilize this knowledge to improve patient care.
  10. Provide support and guidance to other healthcare staff, such as nurses and medical assistants.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all infection control and safety protocols.
  12. Respect and maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
  13. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
  14. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with employees.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the quality and efficiency of employee health services within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Employee Health Services Or Occupational Health Setting.

  • Certification As A Nurse Practitioner From A Nationally Recognized Accrediting Body.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Occupational Health Regulations, Osha Compliance, And Worker's Compensation Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Provide Care To Employees.
