  1. Provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, including but not limited to therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and case management.
  2. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to develop and implement treatment plans.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients to promote positive outcomes.
  5. Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns and disorders.
  6. Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the delivery of mental health services.
  10. Participate in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
  11. Act as an advocate for clients and collaborate with community resources to support their needs.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Sutter Health.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the quality of mental health services provided.
  14. Display a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the job.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Ability To Provide Culturally Sensitive Care.

  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Providing Mental Health Therapy, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Current Licensure As A Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (Lpcc) In The State Of California.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In The Treatment Of Mental Health Disorders.
