Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Social Work From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Mental Health Therapy, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Licensure As A Clinical Social Worker, Marriage And Family Therapist, Or Professional Counselor In The State Of California.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Ability To Provide Culturally Sensitive Care To A Diverse Patient Population.
