  1. Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients to help improve their mental health and overall well-being.
  2. Implement evidence-based treatments to effectively address mental health conditions.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  5. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding towards patients and their unique needs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
  7. Build and maintain a positive and therapeutic relationship with patients to support their healing journey.
  8. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
  9. Provide education and resources to patients and their families on mental health and wellness.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the practice of therapy.
  11. Advocate for the mental health needs of patients and promote awareness and destigmatization of mental illness.
  12. Collaborate with community resources to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  13. Attend regular trainings, meetings, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  15. Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  16. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
  17. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, colleagues, and the organization.
  18. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to therapy and counseling.
  19. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families.
  20. Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Social Work From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Mental Health Therapy, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Licensure As A Clinical Social Worker, Marriage And Family Therapist, Or Professional Counselor In The State Of California.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Ability To Provide Culturally Sensitive Care To A Diverse Patient Population.
