Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.
Associate's Degree In Medical Laboratory Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures, Equipment, And Quality Control.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Handle And Analyze Specimens.
