Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: A Candidate For A Medical Assistant Position At Sutter Health Should Have Completed A Formal Training Program From An Accredited Institution. Certification As A Medical Assistant: Along With Completing A Training Program, A Candidate Should Also Hold A Valid Certification As A Medical Assistant.
