  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documenting patient visits and updating health information.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions and providing education on medical procedures and preventative care.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for pediatric patients.
  6. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  7. Monitor and stock medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and availability for patient care.
  8. Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills in pediatric care.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
