- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to our facility in a warm and friendly manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Accurately collect and document patient information, including medical history and vital signs.
- Prepare and maintain examination and treatment rooms for patient appointments.
- Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments as needed.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimens according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Assist with patient education and provide appropriate resources as needed.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits as directed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the healthcare field.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program
Certification As A Medical Assistant (Cma) Through The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or Equivalent
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Medical Assistant In A Clinical Setting
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Basic Clinical Procedures, And Electronic Medical Record Systems
