
Medical Assistant, Family Medicine

Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Certification: Sutter Health Prefers Candidates Who Have Obtained A Cma Or Rma Certification, As This Demonstrates A Level Of Competency And Professionalism In The Field.
Experience In Family Medicine: Previous Experience Working In A Family Medicine Setting Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Shows That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Specific Needs And Procedures Of This Type Of Medical Practice.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures Is Essential For A Medical Assistant In Family Medicine. This Includes Knowledge Of Common Medications, Diagnostic Tests, And Treatment Plans.
