1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs, collecting medical history, and performing basic medical procedures.
3. Prepare examination rooms for patient visits and maintain cleanliness and organization in the clinic.
4. Update and maintain patient medical records accurately and confidentially.
5. Schedule patient appointments and follow up with patients for test results or other important information.
6. Educate patients on procedures, medications, and other relevant information to ensure their understanding and compliance.
