- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Cardiology Sub-Specialty department.
- Lead and support a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Utilize clinical expertise and leadership skills to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, including conducting performance evaluations and implementing training and development programs.
- Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and manage department budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Serve as a liaison between the department and upper management, reporting on departmental performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with advances in cardiology and healthcare management to continuously improve departmental practices and patient outcomes.

Registered Nurse (Rn) License: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where The Position Is Located. This Demonstrates That The Individual Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Practice Nursing.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Is Preferred For This Position As It Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice. It Also Shows A Commitment To Advancing One's Education And Knowledge In The Field.
Experience In Cardiology Sub-Specialty: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiology Sub-Specialty Setting. This Could Include Experience In Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology, Or Heart Failure Management.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Critical Decisions. Previous Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role Is Preferred.
Clinical Expertise: The Manager In This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cardiology Nursing Practices And Procedures.
