Manager, Protective Services

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Manager of Protective Services to join the Sutter Health team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Protective Services team and ensuring that the organization meets legal and safety requirements. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring safety protocols, conducting investigations, and providing crisis management support.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. He/she should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations. The ability to work effectively and calmly in high-pressure situations is a must.
