
Manager, eQuip Service

- Oversee and manage the implementation, maintenance, and support of Sutter Health's electronic health record system.
- Ensure optimal performance of the electronic health record system for patients and healthcare professionals.
- Lead and direct the eQuip Service team in achieving project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for the implementation and maintenance of the electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks during the implementation and maintenance process.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any user concerns or technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the electronic health record system.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, procedures, and workflows related to the electronic health record system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare technology.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the status and progress of the electronic health record system.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the eQuip Service team.
- Act as a role model and leader, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Service Or Equipment Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships With Vendors.
